This docker cap is a clash between the delicious colorful fabrics in this patchwork and the classic plain colored worker's cap - but it works!

This modern "docker" (dock worker) cap has a tight fit that leaves the ears exposed or only covers them by a few millimeters. The back of the head is also mostly exposed. Due to its round, minimalist appearance, the traditional worker's cap is gaining more and more popularity.
