The MJM Berghuis Wax Cotton Hat is a classic bucket hat in the Safari style.
You get the perfect outdoor hat that can be changed to by snapping the shade onto the pool with the push buttons so you get a hat in western style. A chin and neck strap in the same fabric as the hat gives you a hat on your head even in strong winds.
It is perfect for outdoor life and especially appreciated by hunters and anglers who, like postmen, have to go out in all kinds of weather - it is tight in the rain and provides solar protection when it is occasionally sunny.
It is water-repellent from the start and easy to maintain - when worn, apply a layer of wax (possibly oilskin spray) and the hat is like new and 100% water-resistant.
The rustic look that gives the hat the right beautiful raw effect is the wax-treated cotton that appears in a wet look - something that both fish and deer like!
The hat has a matching lining and sweat band in cotton fabric and ventilation in the pool via 4 metal valves (2 on each side).
