Terms and conditions apply to all deliveries between Royaleshop and you as the buyer. The terms and conditions can only be deviated from by written agreement.

When you shop at theprince.dk, agreements are made in the following language: Danish.

Prices:

All prices on theprince.dk include Danish VAT, which is currently 25%.

Discounts are not normally granted on already discounted items.

Shipping:

All orders are shipped with PostNord and are subject to:

  • DKK 39.00 for Parcel shop
  • DKK 69.00 to Home address
  • DKK 49.00 to Company address

per order incl. VAT.

theprince.dk offers free shipping to PostNord Pakkeshop for orders over DKK 498.00 incl. VAT.

Free shipping is a discount that corresponds to the normal shipping price.

If one, more or all items in such an order are cancelled and the total order value after the cancellation is less than DKK 499.00 incl. VAT, DKK 39.00 will be offset against the refund of the returned items.

If your order consists of multiple items and one or more of these items is backordered, we will normally ship the items we have in stock and reship missing items at no cost to you. If the missing item(s) constitute a minor part of the order and would be unnecessarily expensive to reship, we will contact you to obtain acceptance of a longer delivery time - or cancellation of the item(s) or the entire order.

Payment:

At theprince.dk you can pay with: Dankort, Mobilepay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, ViaBill

There are NO additional fees when paying by card at theprince.dk.

theprince.dk uses the Epay payment gateway. The Epay payment system is approved by PBS, and all credit card information is sent encrypted between our shop and the Epay payment gateway. When you pay by credit card, we only deduct the amount when the goods are shipped from our warehouse. A larger amount can never be deducted than what you have approved at the time of purchase.

For your safety, we use:

  • 3D Secure (Verified by Visa/MasterCard SecureCode) and
  • Dankort secured by Nets

Right of withdrawal: 

You always have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop at theprince.dk. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you have received your item. The right of withdrawal can only be used if the item is returned in the same condition and quantity. The right of withdrawal therefore lapses if you use the item in a way that clearly significantly reduces the item's sales value.

Complaint:

In the event of incorrect delivery or your goods being damaged during transport, a complaint must be made as soon as possible. In addition, a 2-year right of complaint applies according to the Danish Sales Act. As a consumer, you have a 2-year right of complaint, which means that you can either have the goods repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation. This of course assumes that the complaint is justified.

Exchange:

In the event that you have ordered the wrong size, we will of course help you exchange the delivered goods for the correct size.

For items over DKK 399, you pay for the return shipping to us, while we pay for the shipping back to you. For items that are cheaper, please contact us so we can find a solution.

Please note when returning any kind of item:

Always remember to return the item in proper packaging, and get a receipt for sending, so that responsibility for the package legally passes to The Prince Webshop via Postnord, so that we can process your case properly.

We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery, or shipments without tracking.

Unclaimed packages:

If you do not pick up your package at the parcel shop, it will be sent back to us at our expense. In this case, we will contact you and arrange the further course of the order.

  • If you want us to resend the package, a fee of 73.50 DKK incl. VAT will be charged to cover our costs for return shipping and new shipment.
  • If you do not want us to send the package again, we will deduct our actual cost from any refund, this amount is currently 36.75 DKK incl. VAT. If your order has received a free shipping discount, this will also be deducted from the refund, currently 36.75 DKK incl. VAT, as this is an expense we have incurred.
