Made from plaited Toyo straw in webs which are sewn together - it makes for a very flexible hat.

It is of the trilby type, so it is slightly smaller than traditional straw hats - and it is not made of straw from Equador, but of Toyo straw.

The beautiful edge band striped in many colors and the handsome MJM logo in brass.

Toyo is an Asian type of straw that is machine braided from shellaced rice paper.
