EXTENDED RIGHT OF EXCHANGE until 15 January for orders ordered before 15 December, after which you have the normal 30 day right of exchange.

Business conditions apply to all deliveries between the company The Prince Webshop ApS (theprince.dk) and you as the buyer. The business conditions can only be deviated from by written agreement.
When you shop at theprince.dk, agreements are made in the following language: Danish.
Prices:
All prices on theprince.dk are incl. Danish VAT, which currently amounts to 25%.
Discounts are not normally given on already reduced items.
Shipping:
All orders are sent with PostNord and charged to:
• Kr. 39.00 to Parcelshop
• Kr. 69.00 to Home address
• Kr. 49.00 to Company address
per order incl. VAT
The delivery time is typically 2-3 working days, unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.
We pack your order on the first business day after receiving your order and deliver your shipment to PostNord the same day.
If your order consists of several items and one or more of these items are backordered, we will normally send the items we have in stock and resend missing items at no cost to you. If the missing item(s) make up a smaller part of the order and will be unnecessarily expensive to forward, we will contact you to gain acceptance of a longer delivery time - or agree on what else we can do.
Free Shipping (only valid for Denmark):
theprince.dk offers free shipping to PostNord Parkeshop for orders over DKK. 499.00 incl. VAT
If one, several or all items in such an order are canceled and the total order value after the cancellation is below DKK. 499.00 incl. VAT is offset against DKK. 39.00 in the repayment of the returning goods.
Payment:
At theprince.dk you can pay with: Dankort, Mobilepay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, ViaBill and Anyday.
You are not charged any extra fees when paying by card at theprince.dk.
When you pay by credit card, we only deduct the amount when the goods are sent from our warehouse. An amount greater than what you have approved at the time of purchase can never be withdrawn.
For your safety, we use:
• 3D Secure (Verified by Visa/MasterCard SecureCode) and
• Dankort secured by Nets

Reservation of amount:
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:
1) We deduct the amount when we send the item, or
2) the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.
You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.
When purchasing with ViaBill, you will receive your goods first. After that, you must pay your monthly allowance on the same date each month.
If you do not pay on time, a fee will be charged. If you regret your purchase, the agreement on payment with ViaBill ends.

With Anyday, you can split your payment. You pay an amount corresponding to the first installment when the item is delivered, and the remaining amount is paid over the number of months you have chosen. Right of cancellation:
You always have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop at theprince.dk. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received your item. The right of withdrawal can only be used if the goods are returned in the same condition and quantity. The right of withdrawal therefore expires if you use the item in a way that obviously significantly reduces the item's sales value.
As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
If it concerns an agreement for regular delivery of goods over a certain period, the cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you receive the first item.
The deadline means that you have 30 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to (sales@theprince.dk) or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Return:
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 30 days to return the item to us.
You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.
When the right of withdrawal is used, you usually have to pay the postage yourself to send the item back, so that we can provide the best service, you can use our return portal, where we will help you on your way (you do not need to buy a label through us, but it will usually be the cheapest way):

These agreements cannot be cancelled:
Delivery of sealed goods which for reasons of health protection or hygiene are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery,
The item's condition when you send it back:
If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean you can only get back the shipping costs.
We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received your notification that you want to cancel the agreement.
We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

If there are errors on products you receive or they do not meet the description, you must use the following:
Complaint:
In the event of incorrect delivery or of your goods being damaged during transport, complaints must be made as soon as possible. In addition, a 2-year right of complaint applies in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. As a consumer, you have a 2-year right to complain, which means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a discount, depending on the specific situation. This of course assumes that the complaint is justified.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.

Swapping:
In the event that you have ordered the wrong size, we will of course help you get the delivered item exchanged for the correct size.
For items over DKK 499, you pay for the return shipping to us yourself, while we pay for the shipping back to you. For items that are cheaper, please contact us so we can find a solution.

Note for returns of any kind:
Remember to always send the item back in proper packaging, and get a receipt for dispatch.
We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery, to a parcel shop or parcel box, or shipments sent without tracking.
Unclaimed packages:
If you fail to pick up a package in the parcel shop and it is sent back to us, you must pay the actual costs that the shipping company imposes on us for the return shipment. If you want the package resent, you must pay a possible new delivery cost.
• If you want us to send the package again, a fee of DKK 73.50 incl. VAT which covers our costs for return shipping and new shipment.
• If you do not want us to send the package again, we will deduct our actual cost from a possible repayment, this amount currently amounts to DKK 36.75 incl. VAT

Complaint access:
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact (insert email address for relevant person/unit in the webshop). If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaint portal for Nævnenes Hus.
In order to be able to complain, the product or service that you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.
When you shop at an e-mark webshop, you can have your case processed by the e-mark for free - regardless of the size of the amount. Read more here.
