Covid-19 precautions in The Prince Webshop

Sending ordered items:

We hand -wash and depressed before each package session - packed only by one person who is of course 100% symptom -free and otherwise comply with all the advice of the authorities in relation to dealing with other persons.

Receiving stock items:

Upon receipt of goods, we handle the packaging with great caution and gloves. The contents of the outermost packaging are emptied by the one who has not been in contact with the outer packaging so we avoid contact.

Typically, the goods have been on the road for at least 2 days for Scanbelt and MJM goods - from the rest of our suppliers the goods have been underway for more than 3 days.

Receiving Returns Items:

When we receive returned goods, we follow the same process as for stock goods, which may therefore be extended processing time.
