Dispatch of ordered goods:

We wash our hands and disinfect before each packing session - packing is only done by one person who is of course 100% symptom-free and otherwise complies with all advice from the authorities in relation to dealing with other people.

Receipt of stock goods:

When receiving goods, we handle the packaging with great care and gloves. The contents of the outer packaging are emptied by whoever has not been in contact with the outer packaging so that we avoid contact.

Typically, the goods have been en route for at least 2 days for Scanbelt and MJM goods - from the rest of our suppliers, the goods have been en route for more than 3 days.

Receipt of returned goods:

When we receive returned goods, we follow the same process as for stock goods, which may therefore have an extended processing time.
