Measure your old belt to find your waist size
Measure from the edge of the buckle to the hole you are using right now, and you have approx. your current life span. When you choose your new belt size, you must consider whether you need to go up or down a size, our belts have the optimal waist width in the middle hole so there is a little to work with on both sides.
