The leather for this exclusive and beautiful belt is made from Brazilian cow hides, semi-tanned in Brazil and oil-finished in the EU. This is leather from the front parts, which are the clean cut neck + upper back.
The Brazilian hides do not contain tanning extracts that are anywhere near harmful. The oxen have walked the Brazilian plains their entire lives. The hides come semi-finished to Europe and are finished tanning in the EU, according to EU rules.
The leather is then cut to size and finished processing at a Danish factory in this design with rounded, honed edges, which is provided with black color.
The metal buckle is of Italian design and manufactured in Italy without nickel, of course.
