How to measure your belt size:
Measure your old belt to find your life width
Measure from the outermost of the span to the hole you are using right now, then you have approx. your current life width. When choosing your new belt size, consider whether you need a size up or down, our belts have the optimal life width in the middle hole so there is little to work with on both sides.
